This product has obtained a national patent. The gas-removal filter of this utility model is one of the accessory devices of the flowmeter. It has the characteristics of separating the gas in the flowing medium of the pipeline and filtering the impurities in the medium, thereby ensuring the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter and extending the service life of the flowmeter.
Working Principle
When the medium flows into the inlet, it passes through the filter screen placed inside the cylinder, removing solid impurities. As the liquid flows through the filter screen assembly, its flow direction changes, allowing the free gas and some dissolved gas in the medium to be fully separated. The gas rises to the top of the separator, forming a gas space, and an oil-gas interface appears. As the gas pressure increases, the volume expands, causing the oil-gas interface to drop. When it drops to a certain extent, the float device operates, opening the gas valve to release the gas. The oil-gas interface rises, and the gas space shrinks. The float device then closes the gas valve. Thus, the medium flowing through the degassing filter achieves the separation of oil, gas, and solid, thereby realizing the degassing and filtration functions of the medium.
