The TXCYQ series sampling device for oil tanks is designed based on the standards of ISO3170-75 "Manual Sampling Method for Liquid Petroleum Products" and GB4756-84 "Sampling Method for Petroleum and Liquid Petroleum Products" (manual method), which stipulate "sampling at the upper part of the oil tank liquid level (that is, at the fifth part of the liquid storage height, or 200mm below the liquid surface), the middle part (that is, one-third of the liquid storage height), and the lower part (that is, one-sixth of the liquid storage height or 250mm below the tank bottom)". It has been modified and designed in accordance with the practical experience of new products from domestic and foreign enterprises.
Product Description
1) The TXCYQ-I series products are used for sampling under 100 - 10,000 m3 dome-shaped light oil tanks, while the YXCYQ-11 series products are used for sampling under 10,005,000 m3 internal and external floating roof tanks.
2) To ensure that the obtained oil samples truly represent the oil product to be analyzed, when sampling, the operator must use a hand pump to drain the remaining oil in the sampling tube (the number of rotations of the hand pump and the remaining oil in the sampling tube should be used to determine the number of rotations required to turn the hand pump), replace the sample with fresh oil, and then open the sampling port one by one for sampling.
3) The TXCYQ series sampling devices for oil tanks provided by our company are generally made of carbon steel, and stainless steel materials can also be selected according to the corrosiveness of the user's oil.
