High utilization rate of storage tanks
Due to the fact that the internal oil and gas space of the floating roof is generally less than 120mm, and the entire structure is only 320mm thick, compared with other structures, this floating roof has increased the storage space for oil and improved the utilization rate of the storage tank.
Installation is simple and quick, and maintenance is convenient.
The floating cover is installed by bolt connection and does not require welding. It is particularly suitable for modified tanks. All components are manufactured using mold technology, which ensures good interchangeability and universality. Each component is accessed through the manhole of the storage tank and can be replaced independently, making installation and maintenance convenient.
