This system is an automatic control device that is compatible with the mechanical water cutting part, consisting of DCS, shut-off valve, oil-water sensor, etc. When water enters the water cut-off device, the built-in float ball starts to float up and drive the lever, opening the mechanical seal valve. The oil-water boundary sensor installed on the outlet pipe detects water and uploads this information to the owner's DCS configuration software. After judgment by the control program, the water cut-off command gas is given, and the pneumatic ball valve is opened. If a small amount of oil is released when the mechanical seal valve of the mechanical water cutter is not tightly closed and flows through the oil-water boundary sensor, the oil-water sensor detects the oil and notifies the DCS. The configuration software then gives the valve closing command, the pneumatic ball valve closes, and the water cutting stops.
Due to the addition of a first stage oil-water boundary sensor in the rear stage of traditional mechanical water cutters, it is possible to detect whether the medium entering the water cutter is water or oil, and whether water allows it to pass or oil does not. This measure further ensures that the water cutter does not leak oil. The oil tank mechanical water cutting and monitoring control system has played their respective advantages and avoided their respective drawbacks. The goal of safe water cutting has been achieved through a perfect combination of mechanical and electrical components.
