With the rapid development of China's petrochemical industry, the sampling of chemical equipment has always been in a backward state. Traditional valve sampling has many drawbacks such as waste, pollution, cumbersome operation, and insecurity. Traditional samplers cannot meet the current needs of environmental protection and automated production. To this end, our company has developed a new generation HCYL pipeline sampler, which solves various problems existing in traditional sampling. It is widely used in the petrochemical production process due to its advantages of good sealing, safety and environmental protection, easy operation, and accurate sampling, and meets the requirements of environmental protection, fire prevention, and explosion prevention regulations.
The HCYL type pipeline sampler (hand cranked sampler) mainly consists of an emergency valve, a transmission screw, a valve body, a screw bracket, a handle plunger, an outlet pipe (gas collection joint), a sealing component, and a connecting flange. And it has the following characteristics:
1. Sampling without residual liquid, high sampling accuracy;
2. Overcoming the drawbacks of high viscosity and easy to condense liquid blockage, sampling does not require accompanying temperature and heating;

Product structure, scope of application, and usage methods
Scope of application: Suitable for sampling various viscosity, non corrosive high-temperature, flammable liquid media.
Adaptation temperature: -196~425 ℃ Adaptation pressure: 0~6.4MPa
Instructions:
1. Align the mouth of the sample storage bottle with the outlet of the sampler;
2. Slowly rotate the sampler handle counterclockwise until the medium flows out of the outlet;
3. After collecting the required samples, immediately rotate the sampler handle clockwise until all the screws are fully screwed in.
4. Before HCYL-B sampling, connect the coolant (the cooling temperature must be higher than the condensation point temperature of the sampling medium).
