1. Product Introduction
The HQS automatic water cut-off device for oil tanks is a new generation product developed and designed by our company based on the current needs of water cut-off in the petrochemical industry. This product has the characteristics of large drainage capacity, low oil content in drainage, fast oil return speed, strong corrosion resistance, reasonable design, simple structure, convenient use, safety and reliability. This product has replaced the manual water cutting method of oil tanks in the petroleum and chemical industries, achieving automatic water cutting, solving the problem of manual water cutting and oil leakage, and reducing oil waste and environmental pollution. The use of this product greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators and the occurrence of hydrogen sulfide poisoning during manual water cutting. Therefore, the promotion and use of this product meets the requirements of petrochemical system discharge ditch and pipeline, avoids disorderly discharge, improves the ecological environment, and meets the current national environmental protection requirements.
2. Working principle
This product applies Archimedes' law, lever principle, and the principle of uniform pressure inside a container filled with liquid. It relies on the buoyancy difference of the float in the oil-water medium to move the float up and down, and amplifies the buoyancy difference obtained by the float through the force amplification mechanism. This is used as power to control the opening of the drainage valve, achieving the purpose of cutting water and sealing oil, and thus achieving automatic water cutting.
This product adopts a special design structure without back pressure, making the valve opening and closing more flexible. It can also achieve remote automatic monitoring of the system according to user needs, making the water cutting management in the tank area automated. In cold regions where the bottom layer of the water cutter is prone to freezing, this equipment can be outsourced with a kit to protect the normal operation of water cutting.

4. Product Technical Features
1. The perfect application of Archimedes' law and the amplification principle of leverage cleverly converts the buoyancy difference generated by the difference in oil density into power, achieving automatic water cutting without the need for energy;
2. After entering the valve port, oil and water can be automatically separated, and the remaining oil can quickly flow back to the oil tank. When the amount of oil and water reaches a certain height, the valve port opens for drainage, and the water will be discharged at a certain speed, and the valve will automatically close;
3. After the water cutting is completed, the water level in the water cutter is maintained at a certain height, forming automatic water cutting; The water cut-off valve is sealed twice to ensure no oil leakage;
4. This product adopts a pressure free valve without back pressure. The lever first drives the needle valve to move, so that the pressure inside and outside the valve core is consistent. The lever continues to move, and the needle valve and valve core start cutting water flexibly together. When cutting in and out of oil, water can be cut normally;
5. There is a drain valve at the bottom of the water cutter to cut off high concentration water. Cleaning one water cutter only takes ten minutes to complete;
6. The drainage outlet of the water cutter can be placed anywhere around it, with a drainage adaptability of 360 degree;
