There is a rising pipe inside the bubble cover, forming a rotating space between the bubble cover and the rising pipe. The riser is fixed on the tray, and the gas phase enters the rotating space through the riser. It is sprayed out from the gap at a certain speed and forms bubbles with the liquid on the tray for mass transfer. There are several commonly used diameters for bubble caps in industry, including 50, 80, 100, and 150mm.
