This packing is based on common corrugated packing, with segmented intervals and reverse cutting and stamping on each complete corrugated edge of the corrugated packing, resulting in multiple pits and cuts, becoming incomplete intermittent corrugations, and generating a new type of structural shape that is different from the past.
Compared with common corrugated packing, the peak valley overlapping corrugated packing has a higher efficiency of about 10%, a 20% higher flux, a 30% lower pressure drop, and a 30% reduction in wall flow, resulting in better overall performance. The stiffness and strength of the packing are not affected, and there is no "biting phenomenon" between the packing pieces, making the installation and use of the packing plate convenient. The maximum tower diameter for the application of peak valley corrugated packing is 10 meters.
