- Hubei Xingda Petrochemical - Plastic Bulk Packing
Plastic bulk packing is a tower packing made of heat-resistant and chemically corrosion-resistant plastics, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVE), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).
It has the characteristics of high porosity, low pressure drop and mass transfer unit height, high flooding point, sufficient gas-liquid contact, low specific gravity, and high mass transfer efficiency. The operating temperature in various media is 60-150 ℃, widely used in packed towers in industries such as petroleum, chemical, chlor alkali, gas, and environmental protection.
1. Environmental ball
Eco Ball, also known as Tri Parks, is a new type of packing product developed by Raschig Group in Germany (now part of PMC Global Group in the United States) in 1987. Its German patent name is Hackectten, and it is also known as Reinforced Multi sided Ball, Double Planet Packing, Eco Ball Packing, etc. in China. This product can be used not only for general gas absorption and air purification, but also as a filler for defoggers.
2. Polypropylene Haier Ring
Polypropylene Haier ring, also known as PP Haier ring, has a saddle shaped main body and a conical perforated cylinder, which increases the specific surface area and porosity, and improves the distribution of gas-liquid in the packing layer. Polypropylene Haier ring packing not only has the advantages of high flux, reduced pressure, and corrosion resistance, but also has good strength, impact resistance, and no nesting phenomenon during installation. At the same time, it has the advantages of small wall flow and uniform gas-liquid distribution.
The heat-resistant deformation temperature is 127 ℃, the operating temperature is 100 ℃, and the material density is 0.89-0.91g/cm3. The chemical stability is very good, except for being corroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, it is relatively stable to various other chemical reagents, and its chemical stability increases with the increase of crystallinity.
3. Plastic ladder ring
The plastic step ring is made of modified PVC (RPVC) and other materials, mainly used in various reverse flow natural ventilation cooling towers and mechanical ventilation cooling towers in the packing towers of industries such as petrochemicals, electricity, chlor alkali, gas, and environmental protection.
The plastic stepped ring packing, due to the added flanging at the side end, not only increases the mechanical strength of the packing ring, but also increases the directional probability of packing placement by breaking the symmetry of the packing structure. Due to the influence of flanging, the contact between the packing rings during packing changes from linear contact to point contact. In this way, not only do the gaps between the packing particles increase, reducing the resistance of gas passing through the packing layer, but these contact points can also serve as gathering and dispersing points for the liquid flowing along the packing surface, thereby promoting the surface renewal of the liquid film and improving the mass transfer efficiency of the packing.
4. Plastic saddle ring
The plastic rectangular saddle ring is an improvement on the arc saddle ring, with the main difference being that a pair of arc-shaped surfaces are changed to rectangular surfaces, and the inner and outer curvature radii are different, thus avoiding the disadvantage of easy stacking, making the bed porosity uniform, and improving the liquid distribution performance. Compared with the Raschig ring or the arc saddle ring, the liquid distribution performance of the plastic rectangular saddle ring has a higher flooding point, lower pressure drop and mass transfer unit height.
5. Taylor wreath
Taylor flower wreath filling is a type of filling introduced by Teller A.j. in 1954 in the United States, commonly known as Taylor flower in China,
It is a large flat sphere composed of 12 small circular rings arranged radially, similar to a circular sphere formed by winding the ends of a spiral spring. It has now become a series of products with three models. The main characteristics of this type of packing are its high porosity, which makes it difficult to be blocked, as well as advantages such as high flux and low resistance. Due to the high liquid retention at the gaps of this packing, the liquid in the tower can stay for a longer time, thereby increasing the contact time between gas and liquid and improving the quality efficiency. Users can choose different materials such as polypropylene (PP), RPP (glass reinforced polypropylene), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and other plastic flower ring fillers according to the usage conditions inside the tower, such as temperature, pressure, medium, etc.
6. Different saddle ring
Saddle shaped packing is similar to a saddle shape, and the gaps in this packing layer are mainly arc-shaped liquid channels. The gaps in the packing layer are more continuous than those in the annular packing (especially compared to the Rascal ring packing), which can make the gas flow upward and mainly flow along the arc-shaped channels. It has the characteristics of high porosity, low pressure drop and mass transfer unit height, high flooding point, sufficient gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity, high mass transfer efficiency, pressure reduction, high flux, high efficiency, and large load elasticity. Widely used in packed towers in industries such as petroleum, chemical, chlor alkali, and gas.
7. Plastic Ball Ring
Plastic Ball Ring Filler: It is a type of annular filler with equal height and diameter openings. It is based on the Rascal ring filler and has window holes on the ring wall. The positions of the upper and lower layers of window holes are opposite and staggered. Generally, the opening area accounts for about 30% of the total area of the ring wall. Without increasing the surface area of the packing, the flow of gas-liquid two-phase in the packing layer was greatly improved, and the fluid dynamics and mass transfer performance of the packing were enhanced. Its shape and structure can be divided into inner ribs in the shape of a meter, known as plastic ball rings (meters); The inner reinforcement is in the shape of a well, called a plastic ball ring (well).
Product features: Plastic ball rings have the characteristics of low pressure, high flux, and high efficiency.
